HMO Commercial Finance Lunch
My ‘famed’ cheese & wine afternoon
I have been working alongside my broker, Bruce Mainwaring of Bond Finance to obtain fantastic commercial finance valuations through various lenders in order to get most of my money back out if my deals.
Myself & Bruce are running commercial finance days at the Bond Finance Offices near Monument Underground Station. It’s an opportunity for landlords who already own a few HMOs and would like to look at finance at the next level. The day would also pertain to investors who are looking at various forms of development finance at a higher end level.
The afternoon is followed by a fantastic Cheese & Wine afternoon with plenty of networking opportunities.
